Corn don' land oooooooo!

Nigeria is trying to get pregnant women to access antenatal care and have their babies in health facilities with 5,000 Naira "conditional cash transfer"! Certainly, it will work, but probably more than the authorities expect. Women who have never handled 1,000 Naira at a time in their lives are likely to want to be part of it, so Nigeria should expect every woman in that bracket who is in child-bearing age to get pregnant soon and, possibly, every year henceforth. That will probably include those who shouldn't get pregnant anymore. If we ever needed a policy to increase fertility rapidly and send population growth out of control, don't we have it?!
And some smart Alec(s) will no doubt get a few billions from administering the money. Corn don' land ooooooooo!
