Rape again? Penisectomy is the answer

 

I keep saying that penisectomy is the answer to rape in Nigeria, but it seems nobody is listening to me! How long will we allow the tame laws on rape to continue without deterring anybody?

Will banishment deter anybody from committing 'sweet' rape?
